Perfex Chemical Solutions (Perfex) is pleased to announce its acquisition of assets from PetroTech Solutions, L.L.C. effective February 1, 2022. We have also extended employment offers to many of the PetroTech personnel that have served you well.

With their established reputation and unmatched customer service, together with Perfex’s expanded infrastructure and leading position on technology and digital transformation, we intend to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Perfex will continue to provide the excellent level of service and support customers have come to expect, while adding additional laboratory capabilities, digital and technical support, along with an expanded product portfolio and exceptional supply chain.

Perfex is a leading oilfield chemical services provider, with existing operations in the Mid-Continent, Rockies, California, Eagle Ford Shale, Permian Basin, and Delaware Basin. We are now expanding our footprint to the ArkLaTex Region.
